How does thermoforming Solid Surface work?
Our Solid Surface designs are a combination of seamless engineering, everyday durability, and a fabricated finishing texture. Through an expert heating process, many designs can be thermoformed to create custom shapes, curves, and cohesive style. Thermoforming involves gradually heating the Solid Surface sheet until it becomes pliable. After cooling, the material retains a new shape and maintains its durability for long-term use. Thermoforming inspires endless possibilities, like innovative creations that transform countertops, sinks, indoor wall cladding, and more.
Can Solid Surface be used for outdoor applications?

Is Solid Surface easy to maintain?
