WILSONART® SINK LIMITED WARRANTIES
WHAT IS COVERED
Wilsonart® Solid Surface Sinks, which are installed with Solid Surface Countertops, Stone and Engineered Stone Products (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sink Products”).
- Sink Products Installed With Wilsonart® Solid Surface in Interior Residential Countertop Applications
Wilsonart International, Inc. (“Wilsonart”) warrants that the Sink Products installed with Wilsonart® Solid Surface in Interior Residential Countertop Applications, under normal use and service, will be free of defects in material, workmanship, fabrication and installation for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase by the original
consumer purchaser (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to a Sink Product which has been fabricated and permanently installed by a Certified Wilsonart Fabricator with a Wilsonart® Solid Surface in an interior residential countertop application in the U.S. or Canada and remains installed at that location. Warranty coverage is expressly conditioned upon submission of proof of date of purchase and proof of residence ownership if ownership of the property has transferred after installation of the product.
- Sink Products Installed With Wilsonart® Solid Surface in Interior Commercial Countertop Applications
Wilsonart warrants to the original purchaser that the Sink Products installed with Wilsonart® Solid Surface in Interior Commercial Countertop Applications, under normal use and service, will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to a Sink Product which has been fabricated and permanently installed by a Certified Wilsonart Fabricator with a Wilsonart® Solid Surface in an interior commercial countertop application in
the U.S. or Canada and remains installed at that location. This warranty is extended only to, and may be enforced only by, the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover fabrication or installation, is non-transferable and is
expressly conditioned upon submission of proof of date of purchase.
- Sink Products Installed With Non-Wilsonart Solid Surface, Stone and Engineered Stone Products in Interior Countertop Applications
Wilsonart warrants to the original purchaser that the Sink Products installed with Non-Wilsonart Solid Surface, stone and engineered stone products, under normal use and service, will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase by that purchaser (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies only to a Sink Product which is installed as an undermount with a non-Wilsonart Solid Surface, stone or engineered stone product in an interior countertop application in the U.S. or Canada and remains installed at that location. This warranty is extended only to, and may be enforced only by, the original purchaser.
This warranty does not cover fabrication or installation, is non-transferable and is expressly conditioned upon
submission of proof of date of purchase. WHAT IS EXCLUDED
This warranty shall not apply to damage arising from any of the following:
- alterations or repairs performed by other than a Certified Wilsonart Fabricator
- accidents, abuse or misuse
- acts of nature
- exposure to extreme temperature changes
- exposure to harsh or corrosive chemicals and cleaners
- excessive weight in sink
- fabrication or installation, which is not in accordance with Wilsonart's instructions for the applicable product
- failure to use or maintain the product in accordance with Wilsonart's published Care and Maintenance Guidelines (see www.wilsonart.com or your Wilsonart retailer)
- improperly installed, used and/or maintained appliances
- structural support or movement
WHAT WILSONART WILL DO IF YOUR CLAIM IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
For Interior Residential Countertop Applications with Wilsonart® Solid Surface: At no cost, Wilsonart, at its option, will repair or replace the warranted product with a Wilsonart® Sink Product of like or comparable quality.
No repair or replacement under the warranty shall extend the Warranty Period.
Any replacement sink is limited to colors and styles of Wilsonart® sinks available at the time of replacement. Exact color matches may not be possible. If the original color or style is no longer available, Wilsonart has the right to substitute another Wilsonart sink of equal or greater value than the warranted product.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
To make a claim under this warranty, you must contact the Wilsonart Warranty Center at the address listed below before the end of the Warranty Period. You must provide proof of date of purchase, photographs of the sink and access for inspection for warranty determination by a Wilsonart representative, and thereafter Wilsonart will provide you a determination on your claim.

THE FOREGOING SHALL CONSTITUTE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER OR OTHER PARTY SEEKING TO ENFORCE THE WARRANTY AND THE EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY OF WILSONART.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH MAY ARISE BY OPERATION OF LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN.
WILSONART SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES TO, OR LOSS OF USE OF, PROPERTY, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. WILSONART'S LIABILITY WILL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
No agent, dealer, employee or representative of Wilsonart nor any installer, fabricator or other person is authorized to modify the warranty in any respect.
The invalidity of all or a part of any of the provisions of the Limited Warranty shall not affect or invalidate any other
provision of the Limited Warranty.
