Below you can find the necessary steps to help resolve any issues you may have with the Wilsonart QR app.  You can also find commonly asked questions regarding the app that will help you successfully navigate throughout the application.

I am trying to scan the sample chip but it is not recognizing the QR code.  What is the problem?  

Please understand that all phones will need to have a clear and focused image of the QR code in order to operate properly.  Also, most phones are likely to react differently because of the conditions aound the QR code such as type of phone, lighting, user experience, the QR code itself, etc.  If you are having issues getting the Wilsonart QR app to read the code, try the steps below:

  1. Place your chip in a well lit area (although too much brightness can cause reflection issues)
  2. While holding the chip in your hand, fill the screen with the QR code and slowly back the chip away while keeping the QR code in the screens view.
  3. Completely close the app (according to your operating system) and restart the application again.
  4. Try scanning another chip if available.

 

I am getting an error when I try to add designs to "my favorites".

Please make sure you are logged in.  The system will not allow you to add items to your favorites unless you are logged in.  Once you are logged in, your favorites will be saved both on the app and within wilsonart.com for future reference.

 

I have added designs to "my favorites".  WIll I be able to view my favorites on wilsonart.com?

Yes.  Your application will automatically sync your favorites within your profile located on Wilsonart.com.

 

After I scan the wallboard code, the size is preselected.  How can I change sizes?
